HOW CAN I SEE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER AND SHIPPING?

Once you have checked out, you will be sent an order confirmation email from Ayan Beauty.

Click on the "View your order" button which will link you to your purchase on our website.

Click on the courier tracking number to track your shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to the speed at which we fulfill orders, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

ALL MAKEUP SALES ARE FINAL, DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS. ACCESSORIES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.

I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have entered the wrong email address please send us an email at shop@ayanbeauty.com 

Include “Update Email address" in the subject line along with the below list of required information so that we can update your information on file. 

- Your full name
- Order number 

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Unfortunately we are unable to update your shipping address after your order has been placed due to the speed at which we fulfill orders.

However, when you receive the purchase confirmation email and tracking information you may check with the shipping courier directly if they are able to change your shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided at the checkout process.

CAN I ADD/REMOVE AN ITEM ON MY ORDER?

Due to the speed at which we fulfill orders, we are unfortunately unable to add or remove items from your order once the order has been placed. All sales are final. 

WHAT PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED ON AYANBEAUTY.COM?

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, DINERS, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, SHOP PAY, and GOOGLE PAY.

DOES AYAN BEAUTY HAVE A MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY?

We have a maximum purchase limit of 9 items per product. If you want to purchase more than 9 items per product please email us at shop@ayanbeauty.com 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOW DO YOU SHIP PRODUCTS?

We use USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS for shipping depending on your geographic delivery location. You can choose your delivery method at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

If your country or location isn't listed during the checkout process, please send us an email to shop@ayanbeauty.com requesting shipping options to your destination. Please include your contact details and complete shipping address in the email. 

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY INSTALLATIONS (APO, FPO, DPO) AND U.S. TERRITORIES (PUERTO RICO, GUAM, ETC)?

Yes, we ship to military installations (APO, FPO, and DPO) and US territories.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

U.S. DOMESTIC
You get free USPS standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $44.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY AND HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, all sales are final.

We may sometimes request you to return damaged items that we would like to inspect for quality control purposes.

To return an item, please follow the instructions outlined in our Refund Policy, which provides step-by-step guidance on your return process.

It is important that you contact us via shop@ayanbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish for us to consider your return. Once we receive your request, we will inform you of the detail and next steps via email. 

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you received damaged or incorrect products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to shop@ayanbeauty.com.

Include "Damaged or Wrong Products" in the email subject line along with the below list of required information:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Reason for the request (i.e., 'damaged or wrong products received')
- Photo of damaged product

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT?

If your product is lost or stolen during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at shop@ayanbeauty.com.

Include "Lost or stolen package during transit" in the email subject line along with the below list of required information:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Reason for the request (i.e., 'lost or stolen package during transit')

I AM MISSING PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you're missing a product from your order, please email our customer support team at shop@ayanbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving the products.
We'll investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Include "Missing Product" in the email subject line along with the below list of required information:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Reason for the request (i.e., 'missing product')

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS IF I DON'T LIKE THEM?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges due to hygiene concerns and the speed at which we fulfil orders for most situations.

However, for damaged goods, we can refund your purchase subject to our Refund Policy which provides for detailed instructions and eligibility criteria for damaged goods.

I REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY SHIPMENT, CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you refuse to accept the delivery of your shipment, you will incur a $20 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear once we process the return. Please be advised that refused or unclaimed international orders will not be refunded. 

HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

If your items are eligible for a refund, they are processed based on your original payment method.

It may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider after your return has been validated and approved by Ayan Beauty.

Ayan Beauty products will be available for purchase at BravoCon directly from Chanel Ayan's booth in the Bravo Bazaar from 3-5 November 2023.
