DESCRIPTION

My VERBATIM black gel eye pencil is sooooo black. Apply it and smudge it out with a brush for a smokey effect, or leave it without smudge to get a deeper black color. Once it is dry it doesn't smudge budge.

HOW I USE IT

I love how VERBATIM is so blaaaaaak.

It's so beautiful. Makes your eyes stand out. It's so soft, it's beautiful and it's black, very black. VERBATIM.

I use it as an eyeliner and to create smokey eyes, sometimes I use it as a lipliner.
