b. **Damaged Products:** We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur during shipping. If you receive damaged products, you are entitled to a refund. This exception does not affect your statutory rights.

   - **Refund Process:** To request a refund for damaged products, please follow these steps:

      1. **Claim Submission:** Claims for damaged products must be submitted via email to shop@ayanbeauty.comwithin forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the damaged products. In the subject line of your email, please specify "Damaged Products Received."

      2. **Include Information:** In your email, provide the following details:

         - Order number

         - Reason for the request (i.e., 'damaged products received')

         - Photo of damaged product

         - Phone number

         - Email address

      3. **Supporting Documentation:** Depending on our assessment, we may request additional photos of the damaged product and packaging, as well as a copy of the sale, which includes confirmation and dispatch emails and credit card receipt.

      4. **Resolution:** If your claim is substantiated and justified, we will initiate the refund process within fourteen (14) days from the time your claim is substantiated and justified. This includes the purchase price and shipping cost.

d. **Refund Process:** Ayan Beauty reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging, as well as a copy of the sale, including confirmation and dispatch emails and credit card receipt.

   - **Return of Products:** In certain cases, Ayan Beauty may request the return of the damaged product to our fulfillment center, and we will cover the associated shipping costs.

   - **Original Payment Method:** Refunds for damaged products will be issued based on the original form of payment used for the purchase.
